Pan Honghua, Deputy Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, concluded his speech, pointing out that building a "municipal artificial intelligence innovation and development zone" is an important starting point and innovative measure for Hangzhou to promote the construction of a new generation of national artificial intelligence innovation and development pilot zone, aiming to give full play to the regional advantages of artificial intelligence with a good foundation, take the lead in technological innovation, industrial development, scene application, talent gathering, etc., and create a core area, model area and leading area of artificial intelligence innovation. He put forward three requirements for the construction of Xiaoshan Artificial Intelligence Innovation Development Zone: First, to improve the station. According to the goal of becoming the core area of Hangzhou's new generation of artificial intelligence innovation and development pilot zone, form replicable and replicable experience, and truly play a leading role in demonstration radiation; Second, it is necessary to highlight the characteristics of Xiaoshan.
